Kalyn understands that our daily lives can be full of stress and anxiety. Her desire to teach is rooted in the belief that this can be managed through the breathing and asanas learned through yoga. She began practicing yoga in 2007 while at Temple University with a two semester Hatha course. She has practiced at various Heated Vinyasa and Power Yoga studios in Philadelphia and Northern California. She moved to West Virginia in 2010 and found Jala Yoga shortly thereafter. Kalyn completed her 200 hour certification through Jala Yoga with Christa Mastrangelo Joyce and is grateful for the community she has found there. Kalyn enjoys a fun, challenging, and heat-producing practice. Her classes will help you come to your mat and leave your day behind. She’ll melt away your stress with a vigorous flow and leave you feeling re-energized. She looks forward to sharing yoga with anyone who wants to learn.
