Moriah stepped into her yoga practice in 2017 after a conscious decision to create health and wellbeing through a lifestyle shift. What began as physical self-care evolved into a spiritual metamorphosis, guiding her to complete Jala’s 200 hour teacher training in 2019.With deep reverence for the healing and joy that the yogic lifestyle brings, Moriah is excited to offer colorful, vinyasa-style classes with Iyengar-inspired support and accessibility.

Off the mat, Moriah enjoys creating vegan recipes, hiking through the mountains of Maryland and West Virginia, and living life with a warm heart and open mind.
