Paulette McGee

Long commutes, overly hectic schedules, and far too many stagnant hours of sitting at a computer during the workday created the perfect “try yoga to de-stress” moment for Paulette. The combination of a steady practice and a shift to a healthier mind-set made her choice of yoga to improve her well-being the right choice, at just the right time. She hopes to share connectedness and her compassionate outlook with the yoga community. Paulette is 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certified through Jala Yoga with Christa Mastrangelo Joyce.
