Michael DeMary

Michael’s yoga journey began as a means of physical exercise, yet quickly developed into an integral part of his life as he began noticing positive changes in his mind, body and spirit. Increased energy, decreased stress responses, and a better connection to self kept him returning to his mat and eventually led to the completion of Jala Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training in 2019. Michael wants to facilitate a full and rich experience by staying present, aware, and open. He hopes to lead deeply healing practices by inspiring students to let go and let in.
