Deborah’s path to yoga began with curiosity, both about the physical practice and about the more subtle gifts of yoga. Since first stepping onto a mat more than a decade ago, she is still discovering the possibilities that can unfold from aligning breath and movement. She continues to cultivate an experience of better body awareness, a deeper sense of connection, compassion, and balance of body, mind, and spirit. Deborah completed her 200-hour training with Christa Mastrangelo Joyce at Jala Yoga in 2019. Curiosity and inspiration from many sources continue to be part of Deborah’s path and a part of her teaching. She hopes to share an invitation with others to be curious and to see what unfolds on and off the mat.
In her time off the mat, Deborah can be found gardening, hiking in the woods, playing and teaching cello.
